Right of revocation
A right of revocation for consumers does not exist in accordance with § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB for contracts for the provision of services in connection with leisure activities, if the contract provides for a specific date or period of time for the provision.

We offer seminars/webinaries for training purposes. Also in this case there is no right of objection for the training participant because the contract is concluded in the exercise of the participants’ self-employed professional activity. This qualifies participation for training purposes as “entrepreneurial participation” and the participant as an entrepreneur (§14 BGB), for which there are never legal rights of withdrawal.
Seminar/webinar conditions
Cancellation fee, no-show, retention of the seminar fee
Seminars
If the participant cancels his/her participation in a seminar, for whatever reason, two months or more before the seminar begins, we will retain a cancellation fee of € 50.00 including VAT. The obligation to pay the cancellation fee only ceases to apply if you provide a replacement participant, rebook the seminar fee to another seminar taking place within the next twelve months, or if you can prove that we have not incurred any damage or that the damage is not of this amount. The seminar fee will be retained in full in the event of cancellation within ten days before the seminar begins and in the event of no-show without cancellation.
Webinars
If the participant cancels his/her webinar participation, for whatever reason, one month or more before the webinar begins, we will retain a cancellation fee of 50.00 € including VAT. Registration after registration deadline
Upon explicit request of the customer, it is possible to register for an event after the registration deadline.
Technical requirements for participation in online events via zoom
Basically, a flawless, video-capable Internet connection is required, as well as loudspeakers/microphones and a camera. Please make sure that everything is working properly before participation.
Certain options are not available for participation in web goods using tablets or smartphones. For example, awarding of the event by the participant and download of seminar materials. Therefore we recommend participation via laptop or PC/MAC.
In German-speaking countries, printed manuals can be sent to the participants for an additional fee of 50€ including postage/packaging on request. However, we cannot guarantee that the printed manual will arrive in time for the seminar.

The participant is aware that he/she attends the webinar/seminar on his/her own responsibility.
How deeply the participant gets involved in processes of self-awareness and change mentally, emotionally and physically is up to him/her.

The leader of the seminar/webinar, in most cases Walter Lübeck, is neither a physician nor an alternative practitioner and does not make medical diagnoses, prescribe medical therapies or carry out medical therapies in any way.
He is a spiritual healer and spiritual coach.
All seminar/webinar offerings do not represent healing methods recognized by scientific standards. The application serves only to activate the self-healing powers and does not replace medical treatment. It is expressly recommended on the part of the provider to consult with the attending physician and/or psychotherapist before the beginning of the seminar to determine whether and, if so, to what extent the application of the offered seminar contents is contraindicated for a particular participant and his/her condition.
Seminar material | Webinar recordings
The teaching material and any recordings may only be used for personal purposes and may only be published with the express written permission of the seminar leader; this also applies to excerpts. It does not matter whether the publication is of private or business nature.
Furthermore, the participant undertakes to treat any recordings in full compliance with the data protection rights of the other participants – the participant is fully liable for this. This also means, for example, that the recordings of the events may neither be made available to other persons nor presented to them. This applies to the entire recording as well as to parts thereof.
Webinar recordings
We would like to inform you that a recording can be made of the webinar of the Reiki-Do Institute International, Walter Lübeck, for which you would like to register.
With your participation you grant the Reiki-Do Institut International, Walter Lübeck the right to make recordings of the event without remuneration and to use these recordings exclusively within the company, e.g. for documentation and personal training of the speaker.
If you do not agree to this, we ask you to refrain from participating in this event.
