During the seminar Rainbow Reiki® Meditation the spiritual power of Reiki will be used in a new way.
Even the founder of the Reiki healing system, Mikao Usui, advised his students to meditate in the morning and in the evening, using the five principles to live by. He recommended meditation as the great remedy for all hardships in life. 

So, what is the correct way to meditate? What needs to be taken into account? What should be avoided? And what are the signs of any progress in meditation? Are there any risks? And what exactly becomes better when meditation is used on a regular basis?

All these questions and more will be answered!

The healing effects of meditation will be revealed to everybody through the initiation into new, powerful and so far unknown methods of this Reiki Meditation, with and without the principles of life.
