In the seminars the emphasis is on teaching theory, initiations and presenting applications of energy work. In the Rainbow Reiki Dojo event, the applications learned in the seminars become a personal spiritual path.

With exercises to improve the perception of the body, of environmental energies, meditation deepening with symbols, mantras and invocations as well as with Rei – Ki – Gong exercises we will experience Reiki as a path. Special emphasis will be placed on mindfulness exercises and the implementation of the 5 Rules of Life as well as the Rainbow Reiki principles.
